As part of our planned enrichment activities, we gave Year 8 and Year 9 students the opportunity to experience a formal three-course dinner. Although Covid restrictions presented challenges, we were able to create a ‘restaurant’ within the school and provide a traditional three-course Christmas meal with all the trimmings. It offered the same memorable experience while keeping everyone safe at the same time. A real success.

The event took place throughout December, with Year 8 and Year 9 students safely spending time with friends from their form groups, enjoying Christmas dinner and having lots of fun. As with any Christmas dinner, there was festive music and a raffle.
